Location, Location, Location!!! Perfectly located on the 3rd floor above the outdoor pool. Why mess with the elevators when you can park directly on the 3rd floor just steps from the condo!!!

Phoenix IX is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,570 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix IX condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 48' flat screen HDTV in living room with a wall mounted 32' TVs in the master bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master bedroom and a second bedroom with a King bed, there is also a Queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. There is an outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated indoor swimming pool on the 7th floor, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, and indoor tennis court. Park directly on the 3rd floor and avoid the elevators!

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix IX with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer.

Parking: You must purchase parking passes upon arrival, there is a one time fee of $50 per vehicle for stays between 1-10 days in duration. Reservations between 11-30 days are charged $100 per vehicle. Parking passes for reservations exceeding 30 days in duration will be $100 per month. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

  Place was perfect for our little girls . Facilites were awesome . Ocean view front condo complex .... White sand on beach and calm waves ( not rough at all). Centric Location to restaurants and for activities in town . If I have to criticize the stay was that before we even dragged sand from the beach , the tile felt it had sand in floor and the floors were dirty . My little ones 3 and 5 were barefoot inside the condo and her feet were black after running around . Thst was unexpected . But a/c , bedrooms , kitchen , balcony , furniture were on point . Spacious as well .

  Overall good experience. Great location although a lengthy walk to beach. Had a problem with AC unit but it was handled promptly. Condo was nice and clean but a bit dated. Could use updated TVs and the toaster and coffee pot need replacing. Beds were very comfortable.

  One of the most relaxing vacations we have had! The condo was roomy and comfortable. Access to the car was amazing with garage parking practically at our door.
