Phoenix West Unit # 303

Phoenix West is one of the best condominium complexes in Orange Beach. Whether you're floating down the lazy river or having a drink on the balcony and taking in the sun this is the condo for you! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.

No need to wait on the elevator when you can park on the 3rd floor and walk directly to your condo! It is also an ideal location to keep an eye on the kids as they play in the lazy river and outdoor pools.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 50” flat screen HDTV in living room and flat screen HDTVs in all the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. This unit features a sleeper sofa, 2 master bedrooms with King beds and the 3rd bedroom has TWO Queen beds.

There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $52 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

  Great views from the condo. Great rooms. Love all the bedrooms had their own bath. Only issue we had was a broken toilet seat in one of the bathrooms and the floors were gritty. Contacted the property manager and they offered to come and correct the problem. Very responsive. Otherwise it was very clean, the beds were comfortable. Great location. Issues were minor and would definitely stay there again.

  The condo offers great amenities and space. The condo that we stayed in does not have updated decor, but we were ok with it. We were pretty laid back.
  The main issues that we had was that every room had an issue with plug ins. If the top outlet worked, the bottom would not.
  It made it difficult to charge phones and electronic if lamps were plugged in.
  Beds were comfortable. Showers in first room needed a new and cleaner shower curtain.
  Shower curtain rod kept falling in separate bathroom.
  Floors were filthy. I swept 1-2 times daily because of the sand but our feet were super black after walking on the floor.
  Floor’s definitely need a good cleaning after stays since I have read multiple reviews that stated the same issue.
  Kitchen was great. It had all the supplies that we needed aside from muffin pans.
  Fridge and ice maker was fine.
  I didn’t sit to watch any tv but kids didn’t complain about anything.
  Balcony offers great view.
  
  This is our second time staying in this condo complex and we will likely return.
  
  This stay was still great overall, just recommend additional upkeep to make experience better.
