This newly renovated 1BR Phoenix VII condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple or a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing.

Come relax on the 3rd floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf perfectly located above the outdoor pool. The condo has one full bath off the master and the master bedroom has a king size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

  My husband and I have been to Orange Beach several times over the years but have always been with family. This time it was just us so we did not require a larger unit. We were very impressed walking in the view of the ocean and the beach and how spacious it was. It was perfect and so convenient to everything. We were there for an event in Pensacola which was a short trip over. We were able to take walks in beach, look out at boats, dolphins and birds and enjoy our event. We totally enjoyed ourselves. It was a very well decorated unit and very clean.

  The unit was nice great view of the gulf and nicely decorated. The Bed was very comfortable and at our 60++ age that is most important!! Cons. Sofa is sunken and uncofortable, the patio furniture is loose. The patio & dining chairs have no cushions so makes it dificult to sit for long period of time. These items are not deal breakers for us just sugestión to owner/management. All in all i was very satisfied and would absolutly stay in unit again!!

  We were overall very happy with our stay! A few things were lacking/could use fixing/updating and photos didn't reflect that. If you're traveling with a toddler or infant and plan to keep them in the bedroom, it's quite cramped and bright due to no curtain on an exterior window with an exterior light that is on all night. Would have been nice to have a way (for both ourselves and our toddler) to block that light. Staff were very friendly and the bed was comfortable! Please note that if the outdoor pool is closed due to lightning, the indoor pool will also be closed - we were surprised by this and a bit disappointed, although we understood why.

  The condo was perfect for my husband and me. The kitchen was really nice and we do a fair amount of cooking. We spent a majority of our time on the deck, which had such an amazing view! The view of the ocean was spectacular. The one thing that bothered us was the lack of recycling. We have stayed in a condo on Orange Beach before and had the same problem. We did find out that there are recyling bins behind city hall, which is fairly close to the condo. We made a few trips there.

  I stayed in this unit before my family arrive. It was perfect. Very nice unit...comfortable bed. Great location. Everything in kitchen you need. This complex has sufficient elevators to move you quickly. Beach access is great...boardwalk, then vinyl carpet across some of sand. Flip flop cubbies on boardwalk and please of water hose locations to clean up after day at the beach.

  It was absolytely wonderful. From checking in the staff were incredible. The condo looks just like the picture so nice and clean. The air conditioner for sure works lol. Maybe my only suggestion is an area rug or some kind of rug and the patio door for wiping feet, but overall i would for sure stay here again.

  Our stay was magnificent!! We were looking for a long weekend of relaxation and got exactly that. The pictures match the condo perfectly, the view from the balcony is beautiful!! We will be coming back again would love to stay here!!! I would recommend renting a car if staying here though or utilizing Coast Cab there wasn't uber/lyft around this area.
