This 4 bedroom 3 bath condo is located in the heart of Orange Beach. This 20th floor unit offers floor to ceiling unobstructed panoramic views of the beach, ocean, & Perdido Pass. It sits right across from Zeke's Landing and Marina. You can walk across the street to eat at local restaurants or check out the day's catch. It is also convenient to local supermarkets. Covered parking allows easy, convenient access to the building & the unit utilizes keyless entry.

Once inside, up to 14 occupants can start the vacation of a lifetime. Unit 2005 offers unmatched decor where guests will enjoy their rest on a king bed in the master and 2 queen sized beds in each of the other 3 bedrooms. Boasting a large 75 inch smart TV, the living room is the easy spot to watch ballgames. Some may choose to enjoy the cool comfort of the astonishing views, while some may want to go out onto the spacious balcony. A beautiful dining area adorns the balcony and a lounger and love seat make hanging out and relaxing easy as well. Back inside you can rest assured every need is met as the unit offers fully-stocked kitchen, full size appliances, wet bar and ice-maker, washer & dryer, hairdryers, and stunning decor.

As you venture outside, Phoenix Orange Beach has a lazy river, a zero entry pool, a corkscrew waterslide, splash pad, heated indoor pool and hot tub. BBQ grills are conveniently located near the pool and a conference room and a remarkable fitness center is close by. Exercise while enjoying lovely beach views as well. No trip is complete without a walk down the beach or enjoying your beach chair while dipping your toes in the Gulf of Mexico. Come make memories of a lifetime and vacation in luxury!

**Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they is a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4 bedroom unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay. Please note we do not expect an extra pass availability during the summer season.**

  We brought the whole family down for fall break in October. We had 6 adults and our 5 grandkids. We all enjoyed the beach during the day and the grandkids loved the indoor pool at night. Our condo had wonderful views from inside and out. Loved having the corner unit. Kitchen was well stocked for the amount of people that we had. We would return to this unit again.

  Kids loved staying here because the property has a water slide and lazy river. Beach access is great and the views from the unit are excellent. Unit #2005 is set up to accommodate families. Everything was great. My only suggestion is to bring a large skillet to cook with for larger family.

  It was a beautiful condo! Very spacious, beautiful views of sky and ocean. Reminded us to be thankful to God for His creation. Could see sunrise from the condo and could see sunset from the 6th floor parking garage. Some finds I didn’t know were available were great ice machine to fill our small coolers, air nozzle in indoor pool area for all inflatables, 3 beach chairs, keurig and regular coffee maker. I was concerned about 20th floor but really didn’t matter. The elevators were fast. It didn’t ever seem crowded. Finding parking was easy as well. The only negative was the height of the beds. Very tall but very comfortable for sleeping. Overall a great stay.

  I chose this location specifically because it would sleep my family of 12 in one unit. The unit is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is well stocked, the deck furniture was accommodating and very comfortable, and overall the stay was excellent. The pool area is very kid friendly and the only negative would be that it is hard for adults to find a place away from kids at the pool.   Outstanding!!! This complex is brand new, so everything was at its best!! The complex is not too big, has a lazy river, short walk to the gorgeous beach, gym with view of the beach, etc. This particular unit 2005 was top of the line everything. Hooker furniture, high end mattresses, extensive kitchen equipment, everything you could want!! I highly recommend this east side corner unit with a spectacular view!! We will book it again for our next family vacay!!
