Located on the 3rd floor of Phoenix VI in Orange Beach, AL, this spacious 1 Bed | 1 Bath condominium sleeps four with wonderful amenities and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This Phoenix VI condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple with a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. Two tennis courts await you outside. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're BBQing.

This condo features a master bedroom with king size bed, full size bathroom with shower/tub combination. It has a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances and upgraded granite counter tops. The dining area seats 4 at the table with room for 2 more at the bar. The spacious main living area features a sofa sleeper and 2 swivel chairs with a flat screen TV plus a beautiful view of the beach out of the floor to ceiling glass doors. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo.

For groups of adults all guests must be 25 years old and proof of age might be required

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, there is a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. One-bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Additional passes will be sold based on availability.

  This unit is really nice. It has been updated and has a great view of the beach. We were very comfortable.
  Our only issue was on our last night when the group next to us partied until at least 3 a.m. The walls are very thin, and the people moved furniture, banged on the walls, and yelled at each other for hours.

  Had a nice experience overall. The Phoenix VI is a good place to stay. There was some construction going on during the day in one of the suites above us that was noisy, but that can be expected in the off season. One burner on the electric range in our condo did not function but that was only an issue on Thanksgiving day. The only real issue was the very uncomfortable couch with a sag in the middle that made spending time in the living room less pleasant than previous stays in similar units.

  Unit #302 was exactly as represented in the VRBO ad. It was clean and very well-maintained and furnished. It was a great "home away from home" I would definitely recommend this condo for a couple who wanted to have a relaxing getaway. We celebrated our honeymoon in Orange Beach 20 years ago. At that time we felt our experience would be hard to beat. But we had a wonderful time celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. The Pensacola Naval Air Station (Home of the Blue Angels) was close by as well as Historic Fort Morgan. All varieties of restaurants are nearby as well as any type of shopping that you would want or need.

  We loved our stay. The unit was beautifully decorated. Liked that it was on the third floor = not so high. Location was perfect. We tried several restaurants that were a short distance from our condo, shopped at the boutiques less that half a mile as well as Foley Outlet. We also enjoyed walks on the beach and sitting on the balcony with coffee in the morning watching the waves. My friend is recently widowed so this was a fun, relaxing stay. We plan on going back and hope to book this same condo.

  We have stayed in Orange Beach many many times over the years. This condo is the best! Location! It is updated with great decor! Has all the essentials. Very clean. My only concern was the view from third floor. However, the view was fabulous! The elevator can be a little slow but being in the third floor was no problem! Highly recommend.   This was our second trip to Orange Beach and in this specific unit. Everything was exactly as we remembered it! Added bonus was there was a Keurig coffee maker this trip! When we realized there weren’t any champagne flutes to toast our one year anniversary, the host was very accommodating and quickly had some delivered. Beach access is as good as it gets and everything we needed was in the unit. We will be back!!!! For any first time renters... it’s helpful to know the condo has grocery shopping carts and luggage carts to help get all your stuff to your unit. There is also an easy way to rent a chaise lounge and umbrella right when you walk on to the beach! Enjoy your stay!
